Product Overview
A foot valve is the primary internal closure valve fitted to the tank’s drain point. It is used to load and discharge cargo in conjunction with a secondary external valve.

• Standard Sizes: DN80 (3”) and DN100 (4”)
• Outlet Angles: Available in 30°, 45°, 90°, and 180° configurations.
• Actuation: Manual, pneumatic, or hydraulic.
• Design Styles: Choice between Cleanflow or Highlift designs. The Cleanflow style is also available as DN150 (6”).
• Key Feature: All Fort Vale foot valves feature a standard Alloy 625 valve seat to minimize crevice corrosion risk and reduce maintenance and repair costs.
